What's in it ?
Beetroot juice contains large amounts of vitamin C, folate and other minerals. In addition to potassium, it contains the following minerals in large quantities: calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, sodium, zinc, copper and selenium, vitamins A and B6.
What is it good for?
